Boot Camp

High intensity work out focused on challenging routines and circuit training that will make you sweat, burn up to 800 calories a class, and strengthen your body in new ways.

Through resistance and weight training that mirrors outdoor workouts like running, hiking, and swimming your body gain strength, endurance, flexibility, balance and speed for a total body fitness only boot camps can give you!


Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is a core focused cut burning, strength building abs, arms and legs sculpting class.  Using a floor mat, controlled breathing and resistance training we will increase your abdominal routine to bring out leaner and stronger core muscles and with exercises designed to sculpt your arms and legs you’ll see a difference head to toe. 


Yoga

Using an interdisciplinary Vinyasa and Hatha approaches we’ll combine physical, mental and spiritual practice that will increase your overall strength and breathing using both challenging and sublime yoga positions that will energize your muscles and change your body.


Butts & Gutts      

 Abdominals & Gluteus only! OR Total abs & Glutes only! Tone, sculpt, firm, and strengthen these areas for an extreme NEW BODY.  High intensity routines geared to rip the core and harden the GLUTES.  Nothing like it!


Hitt 

Target arms, shoulders, back, legs, thighs, and abs in intervals designed in a 30-minute focused workout for an amazing body.
